REFUND POLICY
Refund Timeline and Method of Credit : Approved refund credits will be made in the original Method of Payment within 7 working days.
ORDER POLICY
CytoPro’s employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed – except for cash on delivery options for which the full payment in cash must be done at the time of delivery to our representative or logistics partner.
- Pricing: All the products will be sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must email us at customer@CytoPro.in. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective/faulty.
- All the products are Non-returnable and Non-exchangable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case if it’s in defective condition/damaged. The same shall be informed within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email(customer@CytoPro.in), after which the product is not liable for replacement.

- That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by CytoPro for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
If any dispute arises between you and CytoPro during your use of the Website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions the dispute shall be first referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by CytoPro. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
